By indicating your agreement to these terms (for example, by clicking the button where you accept this credit gathering authorization) you represent that you have read and consent to the following authorizations.
Business and personal credit reports
You authorize Adams USA LLC DBA: Flyfill to obtain business and personal consumer credit reports and other information about you and the business from credit reporting agencies and other sources, now and on an ongoing basis while a relationship exists, for purposes of evaluating and servicing financing.
Soft and hard inquiries
Initial pre-qualification typically uses a soft inquiry that does not affect your personal credit score. We may perform a hard inquiry before final approval; you will be told when that occurs.
Bank and accounting data
You authorize Adams USA LLC DBA: Flyfill to retrieve read-only bank transaction and accounting data through secure aggregation providers to verify revenue and cash flow. You may revoke this authorization at any time by emailing support@flyfill.com, which may end our ability to service your account.
Duration
This authorization remains in effect until you revoke it in writing or your relationship with Adams USA LLC DBA: Flyfill ends and all obligations are satisfied.
