In this agreement, “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Adams USA LLC DBA: Flyfill” mean Adams USA LLC DBA: Flyfill, its subsidiaries, and affiliates. “You” and “your” refer to the business entity and the individuals applying on its behalf.
Consent to electronic records
You consent to receive all disclosures, notices, agreements, statements, and other communications from Adams USA LLC DBA: Flyfill electronically, including by email or by posting to our website or your account, rather than on paper.
Hardware and software requirements
To access electronic records you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, a valid email address, and the ability to view and retain PDF documents. If these requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you cannot access records, we will notify you.
Electronic signatures
You agree that your electronic signature, including clicking a button indicating acceptance, has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and that electronically stored records satisfy any requirement that records be retained in original form.
Withdrawing consent and paper copies
You may withdraw your consent or request a paper copy of any record at no charge by emailing support@flyfill.com. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing to provide certain products or from completing an application in progress.
