Please read this Adams USA LLC DBA: Flyfill Visa Debit Cardholder Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully and retain it for your future reference. This Agreement governs your use of any Adams USA LLC DBA: Flyfill card issued to your business.
Issuance and authorized use
Cards are issued pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Cards may be used only for lawful business purposes by employees you designate as authorized users. You are responsible for all activity on every card issued under your account.
Fees and rewards
The Adams USA LLC DBA: Flyfill Unlimited® card has no annual fee and earns 1.5% back on eligible purchases. Rewards are credited monthly and may be forfeited if your account is closed or delinquent. Foreign transaction, expedited shipping, and returned-payment fees, if any, are disclosed in your account.
Spend limits and repayment
Your spend limit is set based on account balances and underwriting and may be adjusted. Balances are due in full according to the schedule shown in your account. Unpaid balances may result in card suspension.
Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use
Notify us immediately at support@flyfill.com or by freezing the card in your dashboard if a card is lost or stolen or you suspect unauthorized use. Your liability for unauthorized transactions is limited as provided by applicable law and Visa Zero Liability rules.
Disputes and closure
Report suspected errors within 60 days of the statement on which they appear. Either party may close the card program at any time; you remain responsible for all amounts incurred before closure.
