By indicating your agreement to these terms (for example, by clicking the button where you accept these Terms of Application), you, in your individual capacity and on behalf of the business identified in the application, agree to the following.
Authority and accuracy
You represent that you are authorized to submit the application on behalf of the business, that all information and documents provided are true and complete, and that you will promptly notify Adams USA LLC DBA: Flyfill of any material change while the application is pending.
Use of your application
You authorize Adams USA LLC DBA: Flyfill to use your application and supporting information, and to share it with service providers that support our operations, in order to evaluate your request. Adams USA LLC DBA: Flyfill may contact you directly and may require you to accept additional agreements before funding.
No commitment to fund
An application is not an offer or commitment to lend. Approval, amount, rate, and term are determined by Adams USA LLC DBA: Flyfill in its sole discretion based on its own underwriting criteria.
Verification
You authorize Adams USA LLC DBA: Flyfill to verify the information you provide, including by contacting your bank, accounting provider, references, and commercial and consumer reporting agencies.
